ABOUT US - THE SMOOVE SERIES

The Smoove Series have made the term #getsmoove their slogan, their mantra, their way of life. They are an eclectic cover band that’s been tearing up the bar and restaurant scene since their inception in 2010. They play songs from the 70s, 80s, 90s, 00s and today’s Billboard toppers. They aim to entertain and feature a little bit something in their sets for any audience. What’s the next song? You’ll never guess!

The Smoove Series started off in an ECSU dorm with an acoustic guitar, bongos and second-hand couch that their guitarist picked up off the side of the road. If it wasn’t for that “seasoned” couch and some questionable cushion change, they would have never existed. It’s that simple.

They didn’t just start out belting out Billy Idol and Maroon 5 to the masses. They formed initially as an original outfit. Their original song “Dream” was featured on the now defunct 106.9 WCCC and a remastered version in 2018 on Radio 104.1 Sunday Night Homebrew.
